Once an order has been place we will try our absolute hardest to get these out the next day after ordering excluding weekends, please remember that at times this may not be possible

Shipping Options
Orders are shipped with NZ Couriers
Shipping to anywhere in New Zealand including rural is a flat $15 rate
NZ Couriers aim for next day delivery in NZ excluding rural, please allow an extra 2 days for rural. At times there maybe delays but please visit the NZ Couriers website for update delays.
Shipping to P.O boxes
Please get in contact with us first before placing an order to a P.O Box
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@alpinesnowproducts.co.nz with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
