Refund & return policy
RETURNS
- All returns must be returned within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.
- All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
- Buyer responsible for all shipping charges.
Returns will not be accepted if the customer no longer requires the item.
We take all necessary care when packing to ensure we get the correct size stated by the customer if we are found to be at fault. We will exchange for the correct size once the original product has been returned.
If it is found to be the customer at fault for giving the wrong information, we will look at these at a case by case basis.
We will not refund or return in the event that the customer does not need the product anymore even in perfect working condition.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@alpinesnowproducts.co.nz with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item please email us at info@alpinesnowproducts.co.nz. After receiving return confirmation, please place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your items to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that are not in original packaging
- Items that are used
- Items that the original tag is missing or broken
